Please note that this is our outline. The dynamics and needs of the group and individuals will always be taken into consideration to ensure your experience is absolutely what you need.

Mel works both with structured plans, and also intuitively. This is from her experience, always the best and most powerful way to hold the space for the deepest transformations to occur.

Pre Retreat Online Evening Session Wednesday 5th November 7.30 – 9.30pm Online.

Mel is aware that taking multiple days off work can be difficult, so she has come up with a Plan B. It will be a pre 2 Hour online session that holds the foundation keys for the retreat.

This will be Wednesday 5th November 7.30 – 9.30pm Online. This is the first session of the Retreat.

It is highly recommended that you attend. And it is essential that you have viewed the content before continuing with the retreat.

This session will also be recorded and sent to you as a video and audio recording before the retreat.

Pre Retreat @Eden Oak Thursday Evening Come Have a Cuppa with Mel Session

The retreat starts at 9am on Friday morning.

So there is an option to stay Thursday night. This option is included in the cost of the retreat as a bonus night for you!

The Thursday evening invites you to a “Lets have a cuppa together session” with Mel and those attending the retreat. We’ll relax, chat and get to know each other better and have any questions answered about the materials shared from the 5th Nov session pre the retreat. We’ll then tuck ourselves in for a sleep in our own slice-of-heaven rooms, before breakfast the next morning.

Wednesday Evening Session.   Let’s unpack you 

Mel’s analogy: Think of it like you are a puzzle. (There is no picture on the box!) This session is like upending the puzzle box and sorting the pieces into colours and edges. 

7.30pm – 9.30pm  

This session, in a safe space, begins your investigation and understanding of your childhood self, and understanding why you are you. Your childhood experiences are still influencing part of your life today. How you felt as a child, your position in the family, the illnesses and trauma your body held and where you fit in to your generational line all mean something. Seeing your childhood and your past from a fresh perspective can be very liberating.  

  

Friday Let’s Understand You 

Mel’s analogy: Now you find the corners of your puzzle and you begin to find and join the straight edges together making the frame.

Friday Session 1.      Understanding What You Learned

We live on auto pilot. Our responses, our emotions even our goals are often made from a place that’s not aligned with our truth.  

Before being able to help you understand why you do the things you do, we firstly have to understand how and why you got to live on autopilot. This is where we step out to look at what we learned and the way we have been taught to live and what that truly means for you and your story.

Friday Session 2.      Understanding Why Your Blocked

Selfabandonment feels safer and easier than selftrust. 

Understand the Blocks quietly influencing your life in more ways than you knew. Work out where you are blocked and where the blocks come from, and why they are part of your life. Step back and review where you are currently at to see what blocks are preventing you from being able to listen to or support yourself the way you wanted to.

An interactive Game to play together – where we put together what we have learned so far and introduce a few new concepts about what happens when we don’t know how to listen to ourselves.

When we can shut out the noise of the world around us, we are left with a quiet space. In this quiet space void of outside influences is where you will find you. This is where you learn how to tune in and hear yourself and the Truth about how you really feel and what you are really looking for.

Saturday Session 2.      How to find your Truth

Once we understand ourselves on the deepest level, we can be present to ourselves. This is where we hold the truth for ourselves. This is where we can reframe everything. Knowing how to reframe situations empowers us to be our own solution. The answers will always be found within. 

Learning how to support yourself doesn’t come easily. You need a strategy and a plan. So let’s make one.
