These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in programs, courses, coaching, and services provided by Empowered Youth Coaching Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling or participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrolment & Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older to enrol, unless otherwise stated.

• Youth-focused courses or programs require parental/guardian consent for participants under 18.

• We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or withdraw enrolment at our discretion.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Payment must be made in full (or via an agreed payment plan) prior to course or program commencement.

• Payment plans must be honoured; missed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.

• Refunds:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of enrolment if no course content has been accessed.

  • No refunds once course materials, live sessions, or resources have been accessed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Program Access & Intellectual Property

• Course materials, recordings, and resources are for personal educational use only.

• You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share course content without written consent.

• All intellectual property remains the property of Empowered Youth Coaching Academy.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

• We respect your privacy and will keep personal information confidential in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

• For youth coaching programs: sessions may involve sensitive discussions. All reasonable steps will be taken to maintain confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm).

• Group program participants agree to respect the confidentiality of fellow participants.

5. Coaching & Education Disclaimer

• Our programs are designed for educational and coaching purposes only.

• We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. If you or your child requires professional support, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

• Results vary depending on individual commitment and circumstances. Results are guaranteed when the process is followed.

6. Responsibilities of Participants

• You are responsible for your own participation, actions, and wellbeing during the program.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of youth participants outside of coaching sessions.

• You agree to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants.

7. Technology & Recordings

• Sessions may be recorded for educational or quality purposes. Consent will always be obtained in advance.

• Recordings will not be shared publicly without permission.

• You are responsible for ensuring stable internet access and suitable devices for online participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empowered Youth Coaching Academy is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from your participation.

• We do not accept responsibility for personal property, travel, or additional costs incurred in relation to our programs.

9. Termination of Participation

• We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program if their behaviour is disruptive, harmful, or breaches these Terms. No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
