We all know that feeling when we're trying to make sense of things that just don't make sense. When we've read the self-help books, tried the meditation apps, done the counselling sessions, and yet there's still something missing. What if we're just looking at our lives from the wrong angle? What if instead as human beings we could understand life patterns through our soul perspective?
Most of us have been taught to live life outside in. So, we spend our days trying to make sure everyone else's experience is okay. Often adjusting our behaviour so people think well of us, waiting for life to give us a good hand or for someone to save us. Then go about constantly trying to fix ourselves. From our nervous system, our bodies, our emotional state… As if we're problems that need solving. But what if we didn't need fixing at all? What if we just needed to understand ourselves?
Our Stories Have a Thread We Haven't Seen Yet
When life explodes in front of us, like those times through illness, loss, relationship breakdowns, or those moments that stop us in our tracks. Those times we're left trying to piece together why it happened. We get stuck in patterns we can't explain.
When we're stuck in those patterns we can feel disconnected from life and from ourselves. And like everyone else seems to move on, but we're left with questions that don't have answers that feel right.
What can be hard to realise when we're stuck in our patterns is that there's a bigger picture to our stories. The experiences that left us feeling broken, unsupported, disconnected, and alone actually make sense when we see them from our soul perspective.
Those patterns we keep repeating? They're not random. The family we were born into, the trauma we experienced, the way we do things now. It's all connected. When we can see the thread as not just a concept but as something that links it all together, we can move from feeling like life is happening to us, to understanding why we chose to be here and what we're learning.

We Belong to Our Stories, Not to Everyone Else's Expectations
From childhood, we learned to get feelings of connection, love, and approval from outside ourselves. We adjusted our behaviour to fit in, and to be loved, in order to feel supported. Then we became over-givers, people-pleasers, overly responsible for things that weren't ours to carry. And lastly, we lost ourselves trying to play the game of life the way we thought it should be played.
But we don't belong to that game. We belong to our souls. And we belong to the stories our souls wanted us to have, the lessons we came here to learn. It’s a spiritual journey with our soul perspective. When we understand this, we stop apologising for who we are. We stop waiting to be fixed or to be better. Instead, we find compassion for ourselves. We soften and we start to realise we're allowed to be us, and our stories are our stories. The freedom in that is life-changing.

Understanding Your Soul Perspective Sets You Free
When you look at your life with curiosity instead of judgement, when you ask "why would this happen?" instead of "what's wrong with me?", you start to feel free. You begin to see your life with awe. You start to recognise how clever you've been at ensuring you learn what you wanted to learn. You find joy in your story instead of shame.
This shift in perspective gives you clarity. And it gives you peace. It helps you trust the process of why things happen. You stop feeling like everything's a battle and start feeling supported, by yourself. You become the one who gets you through the complexities of life because you finally understand yourself.

If you're tired of trying to make sense of things that don't make sense, if you're done with being told answers that don't feel real, it's time to look at your life differently. You deserve to understand why you do the things you do. You deserve to see your story from your soul's perspective, where it all makes sense.
The Unpack Your Life with Mel session offers you that opportunity. It's a chance to connect the dots of your life, to see the blueprint of your soul story, and to finally make sense to yourself.
