It’s beyond exhausting thinking we are powerless to change the life we are in. The question “Why does this happen?” acknowledges that defeated-ness. It also encourages the solution to be reliant on life’s luck and when all the good things seem to happen to everyone else it exacerbates our hopelessness to be able to change anything.
So many things we try, we do it because we think something other than ourselves has the solution.
The feeling of powerlessness leaves us broken and wondering what the point is. We feel like we have no control. Nothing makes sense and no one can answer Why to anything?
The Handbook was born from this space.
From all of our life stories, from all of us feeling alone and wanting answers that make sense, wanting more.
The Handbook gives you power.
The Handbook is not a magic pill where once you read it, it promises your life will be happy.
The Handbook is just that. It’s a Handbook, that you should have been born with.
It reminds us of the thing that is missing the most in our life is ourselves.
THE TRUTH
It illuminates how we currently don’t listen to ourselves and how we can listen to ourselves. The part of us that knows the answers. It shows us how to live, present, in the life we have now and to include ourselves in our own life by discovering we have choices. (guilt free)
By understanding what will free us. That we alone have the ability to understand ourselves.
Stops us from giving our power away or looking outside of us for our solutions.
It turns us back in towards ourselves so we can begin to listen to our needs clearly.
THE RULES
By seeing the rules for what they are, gives us further freedom to acknowledge us. Knowing that the rules are allowed to be questioned and rearranged until they make sense to us.
THE HINTS
By discovering the signs for you to ‘understand yourself’ that have been there from birth and have continued throughout your life. This gives you the courage, to move forward feeling and knowing you are always supported.

How long does it take to complete and integrate?
We find that it takes between 3 and 15 hours to complete a module spread over a number of weeks or months.
This allows time to integrate and apply your learnings.
How do Upskill courses run?
After your order is complete, you get an email giving you access to the course on our community platform.
If you already have a login to our community platform, make sure you use that login email address at checkout.
Sections.
The course is split into modules with videos from Mel at the start of each section.
Throughout the learning segments, we intertwine well-being and reflection practices.
This helps you not only gain topic knowledge but also to grow personally, reducing feelings of overwhelm.
As you progress through each module in the course, you tick off what you have completed so that you don’t forget where you were.
